Recoding is a tool use to convert encode for text plain file.
It was only a encode convert software, when I wrote this introduction, I racked my brain, I wanted to put him boasted hype, but the fact it is just a encode convert only, nothing more!
===How to use====
1.Drop(add) file to app.
2.choose original target encoding.App’ll auto detect encoding.
3.choose target encoding.(UTF8 as default)
4.set output folder(if not set).
5.click start.
